Located on the second floor, this bright and welcoming home combines comfort, space, and practicality for a truly relaxing stay.

The apartment opens onto a cozy living area designed for shared moments, with a comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining table that can seat up to six guests. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect spot for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or unwinding after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home and includes an oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sink, and a washing machine and a large fridge, offering everything you need for both short and longer stays.

On the main level, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 x 200) and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink, providing both privacy and convenience. A separate toilet is also available on this floor.

Upstairs, a dormitory-style sleeping area offers four single beds (90 x 190), ideal for friends or family sharing the space. This open-plan area does not have a door and includes a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

For families with young children, please note that there are currently no safety barriers on the stairs, so extra supervision is recommended.

CASA-Petit Laus is ideally located to offer you easy access to skiing, hiking, and biking trails, allowing you to enjoy the region's beauty in all seasons. Whether you're drawn to the winter wonderland for skiing or the lush summer landscapes for hiking, CASA-Petit Laus provides the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of adventure.

The Abriès ski area is located about 6 km away and can be reached in approximately 7 minutes by car. In winter, a free shuttle also connects Aiguilles to Abriès, offering an easy alternative to driving depending on the schedule.

In winter, Aiguilles-en-Queyras offers a fun and welcoming area, ideal for families and beginners, with a zone dedicated to learning how to ski. A drag lift serves two green slopes of around 300 meters, perfect for enjoying your first runs in a relaxed and safe environment. The site is open every day during the Christmas and February school holidays, and on weekends outside school holidays, generally from late December to mid-March, depending on snow conditions.
