Inside, the home is spread across two levels, offering 175 m² of well-designed living space. The upper floor includes three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a walk-in shower, along with separate toilets. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious air-conditioned living room that opens onto the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything you might need- an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, cooktop, range hood, and a refrigerator-freezer combination. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available for your convenience
The villa is well-suited for families. A baby bed and playpen are provided, and children can enjoy outdoor games in the spacious garden. Entertainment options include a television and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
At the front, you'll find a large lawn, a pétanque court, and shaded parking that can accommodate up to three vehicles. An electric gate provides secure access to the property.
At the back, a 9 x 4.5 meter private swimming pool awaits, with several tastefully decorated terraces and six sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. A covered terrace with dining space and a barbecue allows for comfortable outdoor meals in true Provençal style.
