Welcome to CASA-Saint Paul, an exquisite villa with a unique location and timeless character. Built in the 1970s, it was one of the first homes on this beautiful hillside near the legendary village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, which means it enjoys some of the most breathtaking views of the medieval town, the rolling hills, and the Mediterranean beyond.
The villa offers generous space and comfort across three levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunlit veranda, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with bunk beds), and two bathrooms. A charming mezzanine library overlooks the living area, perfect for reading or quiet moments. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms open onto private balconies, each with its own bathroom, making the villa an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.
Outside, the property is surrounded by a large private garden that sets the scene for a serene escape. Relax on the lawn under tall fir trees, dine outdoors on the terrace, or enjoy a barbecue with panoramic views. The private swimming pool (11 x 5 m, open from mid-April to mid-October), complete with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, is bordered by Mediterranean plants and flowers. Sun loungers and comfortable seating invite you to soak up the sun in total privacy.
The villa is nestled in a peaceful, green environment surrounded by celebrity homes, yet just minutes from the vibrant culture of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Discover the famous Maeght Foundation only 2 km away, explore the charming town of Vence (6 km), or visit the perfume capital of Grasse (19 km). Cannes, Antibes, and Nice are all within a 30-minute drive, while sandy beaches are just 12 km from your door.
