This stunning mountain chalet, built in 2021, offers 535 m² of living space with breathtaking valley meadow views. Designed for comfort and luxury, it accommodates twenty-four guests with seven bedrooms and a dormitory, each with an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience.
The basement-level dormitory sleeps up to four guests with two bunk beds or four single beds measuring 80 cm or 60 cm wide. It includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet, making it ideal for children or groups.
On the ground floor, a private apartment-style suite features a bedroom for two guests with either a 160 cm double bed or two 80 cm single beds. It has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and toilet. The living area includes a convertible sofa and a mountain nook with two 80 cm bunk beds, plus an additional en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The suite has direct terrace access for added privacy and comfort.
The first floor has four elegantly designed bedrooms, each accommodating two guests with either a 160 cm double bed or two 80 cm single beds. All feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets. Two bedrooms have private balconies, and one includes a spacious closet.
On the second floor, a luxurious senior suite accommodates two guests with either a 160 cm double bed or two 80 cm single beds. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, plus a private balcony and a spacious closet.
The living and dining area spans 150 m² with a fully paneled interior, a striking four-sided glass fireplace, and a smart television with international channels. Floor-to-ceiling glass facades provide abundant natural light, while a south-facing bell tower balcony and a west-facing full-length balcony offer panoramic mountain views.
The fully equipped professional kitchen includes a gas stove, multiple ovens, a steam cleaner, a dishwasher, and high-end appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. A grand 7.4 m dining table allows all guests to dine together in an elegant setting.
For relaxation and wellness, the chalet features a heated indoor pool measuring 7m x 2m with a depth of 1.7 m, a hammam, a sauna, and a massage room. A fitness room and game room provide additional entertainment, while the home cinema and private bar create a cozy après-ski atmosphere.

For your seminars and conferences, you can comfortably accommodate up to 42 people if you book our two adjoining chalets with a caretaker (CASA-Champagny and CASA-Vanoise)

Our reception manager will take care of organizing your welcome and will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay. You will need to inform them of your expected arrival time one week in advance
