On the ground floor, the villa features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and another with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and sink, along with a separate WC, completes this level. Also on the same level is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, percolator, and toaster, accompanied by a dining table for six. The open living and dining area is bright and welcoming, featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a decorative fireplace, and it opens directly onto a covered terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) enjoys access to a private balcony and is served by a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and WC.
The villa is set within a generous one thousand three hundred square meter unfenced garden, featuring a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from June to September), deck chairs, a parasol, and a gas barbecue. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a DVD player, and outdoor games for children, making it a family-friendly option.
